Terms & Conditions of Enrolment

1.	A full half terms notice must be given in writing of the intention to stop classes, or the equivalent fee will be payable.
2.	Any pupil not able to attend lessons should notify the office on 01306 881488
3.	School uniform must be worn for all group classes within half a term of enrolment.
4.	The Principals cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any articles left on the premises.
5.	The Principals reserve the right to alter the rules and conditions of the school.
6.	The Principals reserve the right to alter the price and times of classes with half a terms notice to parents.
7.	The Principals reserve the right to exclude pupils from the school for the following reasons- i) Not responding to training ii) Misbehaviour or willful damage iii) Non attendance iv) Breach of school rules
8.	Should it be necessary to close the school on account of epidemic / national crisis, or for any situation over which the Principals have no control, fee refunds or compensation cannot be given.
9.	Invoices for fees will be sent at the beginning of terms and should be settled within 28 days, after which a 10% surcharge will be added.
