Dorking Academy of Performing Arts or DAPA for short was set up by two professionals who wanted to bring together two important elements of their teaching experience: - high standards and fun! We want the school to be a centre of excellence in each of the disciplines we offer, whilst maintaining a sense of fun, and encouraging a genuine love for the performing arts. Our classes are open to boys and girls, and cover a wide range of ages from tiny tots, through children, teenagers and adults. We want to encourage integration and a lively school spirit so we hold a number of different social events throughout the year to encourage friendship and camaraderie. In addition to scheduled classes, we also offer a number
of workshops and summer schools during the holidays.
